Phoned Country Vic Tree Removals a week ago and still waiting for them to turn up and clear a medium size branch that had fallen in the back yard.I rang and spoke with them the next day after they had not turned up as arranged as no one had contacted me to say they weren't coming. Was told they were busy and would do the job Monday or Tuesday.....still waiting and no contact from them.
Rang next day after enquiry. Called back the following morning, and attended that afternoon and provided a quote. We accepted the rate. The job was booked the following afternoon. It was 1 tree and we need it to be removed, just chopped down safely with no damage to roof, fences or garden.An excellent job completed promptly and with a friendly smile. Everyone hsppy.
